The skinny, orange building in Downtown Detroit, is overlooked by the Penobscot and One Detroit Center and the Renaissance Center is quite the building in Downtown Detroit.
It was used in a film as a precinct for the Detroit police, it currently has a skytop bar. It wasn’t really that full, but it stayed alive until 2010, when most of it’s tenants fled.
It’s still looking to be renovated, and most of the money was raised in 2010, but is still looking for help.
This wonderful building that was opened in 1929, was designed by Donaldson & Meir in Art Deco style is looking for new life.
